The ecosystem
What exactly is Grow?
Grow is an ecosystem developing infrastructure for regenerative food, transparent commerce, and community participation. Some components are live, while others remain in pilot or active development.
How early is Grow?
Grow is still early. Nourish Mart is live, FarmTracer is in development with two pilot farms, and other infrastructure is at different stages of development. Each component should be evaluated according to its current documented status.
Is this just a blockchain project presented as something broader?
The blockchain network is one part of the Grow ecosystem. The ecosystem also includes a live marketplace, pilot-farm relationships, community activity, and development work such as FarmTracer. A live blockchain does not mean every other component is fully deployed.
What is NourishPay?
NourishPay is an annual healthy-food rewards program. Buy qualifying whole foods, submit your receipts for verification, and receive applicable GROW rewards under the current terms.
What program levels are available?
NourishPay is available at four levels: $250, $500, $1,000, and $1,500. The corresponding monthly qualifying-purchase requirements are $50, $100, $200, and $300.
How much can I receive each month?
When you meet your full monthly requirement, the standard reward value matches your qualifying-spend requirement: $50, $100, $200, or $300, depending on your level. Purchases from approved NourishPay Bonus Partners can increase the reward on that portion of your qualifying spending to 1.5x.
What is a NourishPay Bonus Partner?
A NourishPay Bonus Partner is an approved producer or vendor whose approved products earn a 1.5x reward on that portion of your monthly qualifying spend. The partner and product must be approved on the purchase date.
How are mixed regular and Bonus Partner purchases calculated?
Each qualifying dollar is counted once. Regular qualifying whole-food purchases earn 1x, while approved Bonus Partner purchases earn 1.5x. Bonus Partner spending counts first toward your monthly cap. For example, a $200 requirement met with $125 of regular qualifying purchases and $75 of Bonus Partner purchases creates a $237.50 reward value in GROW.
Do I receive a fixed number of GROW?
No. Your reward value is determined by your level and qualifying purchase mix. When your complete monthly claim is verified, the number of GROW is calculated using the Elevate GROW price at that time. That GROW quantity is then locked for distribution and may change from month to month.
What will I see after my claim is verified?
Your account will immediately confirm that the claim is verified, show your reward value, and display the date by which the GROW is scheduled for distribution.
When will I receive my GROW?
Verified rewards are distributed in monthly batches no later than the fifth day of the month following verification. For example, a claim verified in October is scheduled for distribution by November 5. Your account will display the applicable distribution date as soon as verification is complete.
What purchases qualify?
Eligibility is determined at the product level. Approved categories may include meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, fruits, vegetables, minimally processed dairy, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and other specifically approved minimally processed whole foods. Review the Approved Food Standards for the controlling product rules.
What does not qualify?
Unless specifically approved, alcohol, tobacco, supplements, restaurant meals, gift cards, memberships, highly processed snacks, sweets, beverages, nonfood merchandise, taxes, shipping, tips, and delivery or service fees do not qualify.
Can purchases from Costco, Whole Foods, or another retailer qualify?
Yes, but only approved products count. Retailer and marketplace receipts are reviewed line by line. NourishPay may request a product, label, or UPC photo when a receipt description is unclear.
How do monthly periods work?
Your first monthly period begins on your activation date. You then receive 12 individual monthly qualifying periods based on that date. Unused qualifying amounts do not roll over.
How do I submit receipts?
The NourishPay app is the primary channel for receipt submission. Multiple receipts may be combined into one complete monthly claim.
How long do I have to submit receipts?
The purchase must occur during the applicable monthly period. You may submit the receipt through seven days after that period closes. Your distribution date is based on when the complete claim is verified and will be displayed in your account.
How do I prove a farmers-market purchase?
A traditional register receipt is not required. Submit a seller-verified handwritten, digital, or app-generated record that clearly identifies the farm or vendor, purchase date, food purchased, and final amount paid.
What the record should show
- Seller: the farm or market vendor
- Date: when the purchase was made
- Food: what qualifying food was purchased
- Amount: the final amount actually paid
- Verification: confirmation from the seller through the payment profile, signature, or another NourishPay-approved method
Important: A payment screenshot with only a dollar amount is not enough. It must connect the payment to the seller and the food purchased.
What happens if I do not meet the full monthly requirement?
No reward is issued for that monthly period. Partial spending does not earn a partial reward, and the unused amount does not roll into another month.
Can I spend more than my monthly requirement to earn more?
No. Qualifying spending is capped at your monthly requirement. Spending above that amount does not create an additional reward.
Can I use more than one receipt?
Yes. Multiple receipts may be combined into one monthly claim. Verification occurs when the submitted qualifying purchases collectively meet your full monthly requirement.
What happens if I return a qualifying purchase?
Only the net amount actually paid counts. Discounts, credits, refunds, and returns reduce qualifying spend. If a refund is discovered after GROW was distributed, the overissued reward may be deducted from a future eligible reward.
Do I need a GROW wallet?
Yes. Existing members may use their current valid wallet. New members create or connect a wallet during enrollment. Distribution cannot be completed until a valid wallet is connected. A wallet issue does not change the GROW quantity already locked at verification.
Can I own more than one NourishPay?
Yes. A verified customer may own up to four active NourishPay enrollments without a Grow node. Each verified active Grow node unlocks four additional active NourishPay enrollments.
How do receipts work if I own multiple NourishPays?
You may combine qualifying receipts into one monthly claim. The monthly requirements of all active enrollments are added together, and each dollar or receipt line can be counted only once.
Is my enrollment refundable?
No. NourishPay enrollment purchases are final and non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, confirmed processing errors, failed activation, fraud, or refunds legally required.
What is the NourishPay NFT?
Your enrollment is represented by a digital membership credential, technically an NFT. It records your program level and activation date. It is used as a program credential and is not promoted as an investment or financial instrument.
Can I transfer or resell my NourishPay credential?
No. Program eligibility is non-transferable. Selling or transferring a token does not transfer receipt history, reward eligibility, or the remaining program term. Verified wallet changes are handled administratively by NourishPay.
Food and commerce
What is Nourish Mart?
Nourish Mart is a live consumer marketplace in the Grow ecosystem. Marketplace participation does not mean every product or producer has completed the same FarmTracer or verification process.
What is FarmTracer?
FarmTracer is a development effort focused on practical farm and sourcing documentation. It is being developed with two pilot farms and is not yet deployed at scale.
How is Grow different from buying from a local farm or food co-op?
Local farms and food co-ops can provide direct producer relationships today. Grow is developing additional marketplace, documentation, network, and community infrastructure. It is intended to complement—not replace—strong local food relationships.
Participation and governance
What is a Grow Node?
A Grow Blockchain Node is licensed software operated in connection with the network. The current Charter describes Node Operator responsibilities and governance processes.
Is a Grow Node an investment?
No. GROW digital rewards are designed for utility within the Grow ecosystem. No financial return, appreciation, or value outside the ecosystem is promised or guaranteed.
What do Node holders actually receive?
Rights, responsibilities, eligibility, governance participation, and any associated digital rewards are determined by the Charter and applicable license and offer terms. The website does not create additional rights or guarantees.
Do I need technical knowledge to participate?
The user interface may simplify activation and monitoring, but Node Operator responsibilities are defined by the Charter, applicable license terms, and current technical requirements.
How does governance work?
The Grow Blockchain Node Network Charter describes the DGF, proposals, voting, governance committees, mediation, and related processes. The current Charter is linked under Resources.
What risks should I understand?
Grow is an early-stage network. Technology, governance, availability, digital-reward parameters, ecosystem utility, and project outcomes can change. Review current documentation and obtain independent advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Is there financial upside?
Do not participate based on an expectation of financial return or appreciation. GROW digital rewards are intended for ecosystem utility. No amount, value, timing, eligibility, or permanence is guaranteed by this website.
Why involve Node holders?
The Charter establishes the Node Network DGF and describes roles for Node Operators and governance participants. It should be used to understand the current structure rather than relying on a marketing summary.
How do I confirm availability, pricing, or current offer terms?
Use the authorized purchase and onboarding process for current availability, pricing, eligibility, and offer details. This website does not publish or guarantee those terms.
What happens after I schedule a call?
A Strategy Session provides an educational walkthrough and points you to current public information. It does not guarantee approval, availability, pricing, timing, or eligibility.
