1. Program overview
NourishPay is a program of the Grow Node Network DGF. The program permits eligible participants to acquire a NourishPay digital membership credential, make qualifying whole-food purchases with their own funds, and submit itemized receipts for verification. Any reward is conditional on the participant’s level, monthly limits, these Terms, the Approved Food Standards, available program resources, and applicable law.
The NourishPay app is the primary receipt-submission channel. Participants may combine multiple receipts into one complete monthly claim and must submit them within the applicable seven-day grace period.
2. Critical disclosures
Developmental status
NourishPay is an active annual program. Program features, receipt verification, wallet connections, reward calculations, integrations, and related interfaces remain subject to the current program terms, technical availability, and authorized updates.
Utility only
NourishPay digital membership credentials and GROW are intended as utility assets used in connection with the Grow ecosystem. They do not represent equity, debt, revenue share, a deposit account, insurance, a security, or a guaranteed-value product.
No investment or reward guarantee
The program is not offered as an investment opportunity. NourishPay does not promise profit, appreciation, liquidity, resale value, yield, dividends, passive income, or financial return. Rewards are conditional and may be denied, reduced, delayed, recalculated, or reversed under the program rules.
3. Eligibility and program term
Participants must be of legal age, live where the program and required technology may lawfully be used, provide accurate information, control the account and wallet used, complete required verification, and comply with program rules and applicable law.
Each NourishPay enrollment provides access for twelve consecutive monthly qualifying periods beginning upon activation. Program eligibility is non-transferable.
4. Levels and qualifying purchases
The current one-time enrollment levels are $250, $500, $1,000, and $1,500, with corresponding monthly qualifying-purchase requirements of $50, $100, $200, and $300. The participant separately purchases food with the participant’s own funds.
Only food and food ingredients satisfying the current NourishPay Approved Food Standards count. Eligibility is determined item by item. Taxes, tips, delivery, service charges, shipping, membership fees, gift cards, discounts, refunds, and nonfood items do not count.
5. Claims, verification, and delivery
- Purchase qualifying food during the applicable monthly period.
- Submit a clear, genuine, complete, and itemized receipt through the app by the deadline.
- Allow NourishPay to verify the participant, seller, date, payment, products, net amount, eligibility evidence, and absence of duplicate claims.
- If approved, receive the applicable reward in GROW.
A participant must satisfy the full monthly qualifying-spend requirement; partial completion earns no reward. When a complete claim is verified, one Elevate GROW price snapshot converts the verified U.S.-dollar reward value into a quantity of GROW and locks that quantity for distribution.
Verified rewards are distributed in monthly batches no later than the fifth day of the month following verification. The scheduled distribution date is displayed when verification is complete. Wallet errors, network congestion, third-party outages, compliance review, or other circumstances may delay delivery without changing the GROW quantity locked at verification.
6. Farmers-market evidence
A traditional point-of-sale receipt is not required if the participant submits a handwritten, digital, or app-generated seller record identifying the farm or vendor, purchase date, foods purchased, and final amount paid. A participant-created statement or payment confirmation alone is insufficient. An app-generated record must include seller verification through a signature or another NourishPay-approved confirmation method.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Forged, altered, duplicated, stolen, refunded, or otherwise inauthentic receipts or evidence
- Claiming another person’s purchase without authorization or submitting one purchase more than once
- Misidentifying products, concealing excluded items, or manipulating payment information
- Using bots, scripts, multiple accounts, proxies, or coordinated activity to evade program rules
- Using the program for fraud, unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, or infringement of another person’s rights
- Making unauthorized claims of guaranteed health, savings, token value, investment returns, or environmental outcomes
8. Third parties, costs, and taxes
Wallets, blockchains, exchanges, payment providers, merchants, price sources, verification services, and technology vendors may be separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. Participants are responsible for applicable purchase costs, transaction fees, wallet fees, gas, taxes, food costs, shipping, memberships, and other third-party expenses.
Participants are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes associated with enrollment, purchases, rewards, GROW, or participation.
9. Current terms
These Terms govern participation in the current NourishPay program together with the current NourishPay Approved Food Standards and any applicable checkout, wallet, or program notices. Program terms may be updated through authorized Grow governance or program processes. Participants should review the current published version before enrolling or submitting a claim.
