This Privacy Policy applies to growecosystem.com and Grow ecosystem services that link to this Policy, including NourishPay. Separate services, marketplaces, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, community platforms, and third-party websites may have their own privacy practices and terms.

Depending on how you use the Grow ecosystem, information may include:

• Contact and account information, such as name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, and information you submit when requesting support or participating in a program.
• Wallet and blockchain information, such as public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, network activity, and other information recorded on public or supported blockchains.
• NourishPay and program information, such as enrollment level, qualifying-purchase information, itemized receipts, merchant or farm information, purchase dates, amounts paid, product information, verification results, and reward-distribution records.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
• Communications, including messages, support requests, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.

Information may be used to:

• provide and operate Grow ecosystem services and programs;
• process NourishPay claims, verify qualifying purchases, calculate approved rewards, and support wallet delivery;
• authenticate participants, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and protect accounts, wallets, systems, and users;
• provide customer support and respond to questions;
• maintain records required for governance, program administration, security, accounting, legal, or compliance purposes;
• improve site performance, functionality, and user experience; and
• communicate important service, program, governance, security, or policy updates.

Blockchain networks are designed to preserve transaction history. Information written to a public or distributed blockchain may be visible to others and may not be capable of being deleted or altered by Grow or a program operator. Do not place private keys, wallet recovery phrases, passwords, or other sensitive credentials into public blockchain fields or support messages.

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

• authorized service providers and program operators that support hosting, account services, receipt verification, wallet delivery, fraud prevention, customer support, communications, or other operational functions;
• merchants, farms, vendors, verification sources, or other parties when needed to confirm a transaction or qualifying claim;
• blockchain networks and wallet infrastructure where transactions or rewards are processed publicly;
• government authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the ecosystem; and
• other parties when you direct or authorize the disclosure.

Grow does not sell private keys or wallet recovery phrases and will never ask you to disclose them through a support request, social-media message, or website form.

The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, preferences, security, and session operation. If analytics or other measurement tools are enabled in the future, additional information about those tools and available choices should be provided where required.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer programs, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and satisfy legal, governance, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and program. Public blockchain records may remain available indefinitely because of the technical nature of blockchain networks.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information under the control of participating Grow service providers and program operators. No internet, wallet, blockchain, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Participants are responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, and account access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or technical requirements, including the inability to alter information already recorded on a blockchain.

Grow ecosystem services are not directed to children. NourishPay participants must meet the legal-age and eligibility requirements stated in the current program terms. If information is learned to have been collected from a child in a manner not permitted by applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to address it.

Grow ecosystem pages may link to third-party services including Nourish Mart, governance platforms, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, community platforms, social networks, merchants, farms, and support services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information or connecting a wallet.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the Grow ecosystem, NourishPay, technology, legal requirements, or program operations change. The effective date shown above identifies the current published version. Material changes should be reflected in the published policy and, where appropriate, communicated through authorized Grow channels.
